At Data Storage Center, we focus in providing secure destruction methodologies, using a couple of different choices for our clients.
The traditional method of arranging for a scheduled pickup bodes well for many of our clients. Once a scheduled pickup is ordered, our trained drivers will pickup cartons scheduled for destruction and transfer records to our facility. Your records are stored and secured insuring safety and security provisions and scheduled for document destruction services.
Another method is to call the office and order a delivery of bin receptacles that have the capacity to each hold 200 lbs of paper. There is no limit as to how many receptacles can be delivered.
This method provides a secure and cost effective way providing a hands on approach to destroy and dispose of confidential and sensitive information. This allows for our clients to cull and choose what information needs to be destroyed. Once bin receptacles are ready to be retrieved a simple call to Data Storage Center will start the process of coordinating the transfer. Our highly trained team will secure the bins by locking all receptacles onsite.
Once destroyed, the material is compacted and mixed with other data, making it virtually unidentifiable.
We can provide a certificate of destruction to meet legal, governmental or corporate requirements.
